About the Role
Job Description
Northteq has built a lease/loan origination system on SalesForce.com. In addition, they have built several lending and leasing apps on the Salesforce framework. Northteq is looking for a Solutions Architect to help implement lease/loan lending solutions to its clients. This candidate will work directly with our lending and lessor clients to solicit requirement, resolve issues, and work with Northteq’s developers to build a solution. It is the responsibility of the Solution Architect to translate business processes to software. The ideal candidate should:
- Have the ability to handle sophisticated software implementations
- Understand how to manage large projects/budgets
- Have experience managing executive-level clients
- Demonstrate Teamwork, Ownership, Positive Attitude, Integrity, and Curiosity
- Be an analytical thinker with people skills
- Know how to evaluate, identify and develop software solutions
- Have experience leading software development projects
- Ability to properly document every aspect of an application or software
- Ability to train/oversee the activities of the development team
- Understand how to plan, track, and schedule software deliverables
- Ability to find and direct solutions for critical software challenges
- Motivation to look for problems within software systems and resolve them
- Ability to develop good working relationships with other employees across departments
Qualifications & Skills
The following are requirements or preferences for the ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science required
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- 2+ years of experience implementing software preferred
- Equipment Finance / Commercial Lending industry experience a plus
- Salesforce Experience a plus
