1.1  Reduce the time it takes for aurora to automatically take a credit app from submit to approval

We’ve upgraded our automated processing system to significantly reduce waiting times for your team and your borrowers and vendors.

1.2  Feature: Automated TValue Quote Creation with Service Automation

TValue Quotes can now be generated automatically in Aurora with Service Automation and TValue’s API, including:

  • Automatic rate determination with pricing tables
  • Automatic residual/balloon determination with pricing tables
  • Streamlined workflow for faster quote delivery

This automation reduces manual data entry, minimizes errors, and speeds up the quote-to-close process for your team and customers.

1.3  Enhancement: Enhanced Checklist Visibility

A system administrator can now set up checklist item visibility in one location to expose its visibility to applicant portal and/or public checklist components. A multi-select picklist will depict whether a checklist item shows internally, in Partner Portal, in Applicant Portal, and/or via public URL.

Upon upgrade, the system will automatically migrate all items to the public checklist.

1.4  Maintenance: Salesforce ICU Locale Formats API Updates

Salesforce is improving their system on June 15, 2025 with an update called Enable ICU Locale Formats. We’ve already prepared our apps for this change, so you can upgrade and not worry about anything! Your experience will remain smooth and uninterrupted as all functionality has been maintained to work perfectly with Salesforce’s new requirements. Salesforce’s update will happen automatically, with no action needed on your part.

Northteq will assist you in upgrading your apps. As always, we’re committed to keeping everything running seamlessly for you while Salesforce continues to enhance their platform.

 

Aurora Partner Portal

2.1  Enhancement: Enhanced Checklist Visibility

A system administrator can now set up checklist item visibility in one location to expose its visibility to partner portal checklist components. A multi-select picklist will depict whether a checklist item shows internally, in Partner Portal, in Applicant Portal, and/or via public URL.

Upon upgrade, the system will automatically migrate partner portal applicable checklist items to have Partner Portal chosen within the new visibility field. The system will use the category with name of Vendor Portal to set the visibility field as needed.

2.2  Enhancement: Added Intake AI Capability

We’ve added the ability to use Intake AI Verification alongside Aurora LOS verification in the Partner Portal. This enhancement allows you to redirect users to the applicable created application.

3.1  Service Automation: Reduce time it takes for Aurora to automatically take credit app from submit to approval

We’re excited to announce improvements to our application automated processing that will reduce waiting times for your users plus borrowers and vendors. This is all in an effort to help you and your applicants will receive their financing decisions much faster and if applicable within the same session they submit their application.

We implemented several enhancements to make this possible, including optimizing our data processing methods and streamlining how we verify applicant information. These improvements will allow us to process applications up to 10 times faster than before, with consistent reliability. You and your customers will experience quicker decisions without sacrificing thoroughness.

3.2  Checklists: Enhanced Checklist Visibility on packaged end-user views

A system administrator can now set up checklist item visibility in one location to expose its visibility to the various end-user locations. A multi-select picklist will depict whether a checklist item shows internally, in Partner Portal, in Applicant Portal, and/or via public URL.

Upon upgrade, the system will automatically migrate the existing assignment data to the new visibility options.

Adjusted the checklist item name visibility so a user can see the entire description. Previously the text would be cut off depending on a user’s screen width.

3.3  Aurora Submission API

TValue: API Rate Calculation Enhancement, User Locale Personalization, and System Refinements

We’re excited to announce several enhancements and fixes that improve both user experience and functionality:

  • Fixed the spelling of “balloon” in memo iFrame population to ensure consistent and professional presentation
  • Improved data integrity by preserving quote data exactly as sent in the API
  • Resolved an error affecting the saving process in the Quick TValue Quote Calculator
  • Enhanced the Installed User Experience with improved layouts for better usability
  • Aligned balloon dates in installed processes for consistency and accuracy
  • Added powerful new functionality to solve for the rate as the unknown variable in API6
  • Improved localization by enabling the iFrame to use individual user locales instead of organization-wide settings

These updates deliver a more polished, reliable, and personalized experience while expanding calculation capabilities to better serve your needs.
