Aurora Loan Origination System (LOS)
1.1 Feature: Aurora Syndicate
We’re excited to announce the release of several new features designed to streamline your syndication process and improve efficiency.
Improved Visibility of Qualified Lenders
A new modal that allows you to view all lenders that a transaction qualifies for in one convenient location. This feature prevents sending deals to syndication partners that don’t meet their specific requirements, ensuring that you only target the most appropriate partners for each deal.
Seamless File Transfer via API
Say goodbye to lengthy back-and-forth email exchanges. You can now send files directly to a syndication partner through our new API integration. This eliminates the need for manual email communication and ensures that files are delivered securely and promptly.
Flexible Application Submission
Depending on your syndication partner’s preference, you can now send an application either via API or automated email. This flexible approach allows you to cater to the specific requirements of each partner and choose the method that works best for your workflow.

1.2 Feature: Intake Guest
For this release Intake Guest updates focused on delivering a better and more secure user experience for applicants.
Increased Customization Options
Intake Guest now provides additional flexibility in customizing fields, branding elements, and page layouts. This upgrade allows for easier tailoring of an application to meet specific sales channel or applicant needs.
Modernized User Experience
We’ve refreshed the Intake Guest’s design with a modernized look and feel. This visual upgrade provides a more intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interface, enhancing overall usability and applicant engagement.
Enhanced Data Protection
We revamped our architecture specifically to better protect sensitive customer data. This enhancement strengthens security measures and ensures that applicant data is safeguarded against potential threats.
1.3 Enhancement: Intake Portal: User Authentication
Users now have more flexibility and a better user experience when authenticating applicants.
Reduced User Friction
It now takes fewer steps to authenticate a applicant without reducing the efficacy of the authentication process.
Customizable Authentication Options
Authentication workflows can be configured to use third party authentication services or security questions based on application information.
1.4 Enhancement: Intake Wizard
Users now have a better user experience using Intake Wizard (a.k.a. Deal Entry Wizard) with user-friendly duplicate matching messages, data showing on the summary page, and consistent phone number formatting.
Northteq Apps and Integrations
2.1 Checklists: Email Template Adjustments
Users now have more control over how the Checklist appears in external emails.
2.2 PayNet: Support Leads and Report via Link
PayNet reports can now easily be pulled from lead records creating more flexibility for pre-qualification and underwriting workflows.
2.3 TValue: Multi-Currency Support & Balloon Dates
Multi-Currency Support
Users are able to input and view numbers, percentages, and currency in their assigned user locale through the TValue app, including populating into TimeValue’s native iFrame tool. Previously the setting was Salesforce org based, not user based.
Supported locales: English (United States), English (Germany), and English (United Kingdom).
Balloon Date Quality of Life Updates
Users will now have the same default balloon dates appear in the TValue App and Aurora.
2.4 Ocrolus: Enhanced File Upload Sizes & Authenticity Scores
Increased File Sizes
Users can now upload and process files up to 2GB through the Ocrolus app.
Improved Authenticity Scores
Users can expect improved accuracy in authenticity scores when using OAuth2 through the Ocrolus App.
2.5 UCCs-WK: Support US Territory of Puerto Rico UCC Filings
Users can now file UCC’s using Wolters Kluwer in Puerto Rico.
2.6 Syndicate Direct: New App for API Syndication
We’re excited to announce a new app release to support our new syndication API process.
