Northteq has added some exciting new features in our Wolters Kluwer version of the UCC Direct App. These features include the ability to do UCC3s Amendments, state specific field enforcement and multiple secured and 3rd parties. | UCC1 – State Specific Q&A | Fields added to UCC Filing object which map to state specific Q&A section for FL, TN, ND & SD Enabling the ‘Enforce State Specific Requirements’ setting in the Lien Solutions Service Setting will require these new fields for submission when applicable |
| UCC3 Filings | Ability to file UCC3 amendments for UCC1 filings submitted from Salesforce. |
| Pass through filing | Company can request, through Wolters Kluwer, to configure Lien Solutions with a ‘pass through’ setting. This would submit the UCC1 directly to the filing jurisdiction and the user is not required to go to Lien Solutions to complete the filing. |
